Crash Text Dummies

Just in time for Valentine's Day. A sculpture in the shape of the text shortcut "FYI", welded together from smashed car parts, is making the rounds in universities in Dubai. Created by TBWA\RAAD for Nissan, the eerie sculpture might just be the thing to get knucklehead young drivers in Dubai to chill behind the wheels. A QR code punctuates the sculpture, scanning it takes people to a mobile site that lets you post a prewritten pledge on your social networks.

Whether it'll help lower car accidents or not remains to be seen, but the sculpture itself is mesmerizing up close. Makes you wonder about the people that were once in those cars. More sculptures are in the works. Thumbs Up

I really appreciate the effort to create awareness about car accidents but the fact still remains that despite various warning signs and whatnot's people continue to be as reckless as ever. Even the fear of losing a life doesn't matter anymore to them. The only thing that can bring about a significant change is stricter laws and tougher penalties. This can minimize deliberate recklessness.Until people themselves realize the potential harm that they inflict, none of this even matters. mini cooper repair walnut ca
