Digital Account Strategist
Free Agents Marketing is seeking a Digital Account Strategist to join our team. We are a full service advertising agency based in Richmond, VA. This position will initiate and oversee the concept and development of digital offerings by providing leadership in developing strategic interactive initiatives across departments and the agency’s clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a wide range and depth of technical knowledge, the ability to develop proven digital strategies and be comfortable with regular client interaction.

-Experience managing RSS and XML feeds for distributing content across multiple interactive channels, including social media sites.
-Understand the basic technical concepts of contemporary content management systems, including the role of databases, configuration files and themes (or templates).
-Experience with email marketing platforms (such as MailChimp, Constant Contact or A. Weber).
-Bachelor’s Degree, with 3-5+ years relevant industry experience
-Effective verbal and written communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Working knowledge of Internet research and compiling and analyzing data, statistics and trends from web sites
-Strong quantitative analysis skills
-Hands-on experience with Web analytics tools (e.g. WebTrends, Omniture), Internet research tools, SEO and Paid Search
-Business analysis and data quality management skills
-Ability to utilize and comprehend analytic tools
-Strong business acumen needed for regular client interaction

-Proactively identify interactive opportunities for clients
-Facilitate brainstorming and enable meaningful discussions
-Author interactive strategy documentation and presentation decks
-Champion savvy user experience design across all interactive solutions
-Gather and synthesize data from site measurement tools into reports with actionable insights
-Oversee Implementation and manage vendor relationships
-Identify vendors and partners to deliver value added and full-service solutions to clients
-Educate clients and colleagues on interactive marketing best practices
-Lead the development of interactive strategies for new business opportunities
